In this case this lady had a developmental defect on both of her upper central incisor teeth. Though not decayed were prone to staining making the teeth unsightly at times. We removed the most severely damaged enamel and smoothed out the enamel before restoring the tooth with composite to give a beautiful aesthetic result.
